> How do I join a server?
Once you found a server, you can copy the IP Address by clicking on the copy icon or select the IP and right click and press copy. Once you did that, you can open your Minecraft client, click Multiplayer and add the server there with the copied IP.
> Do I need to pay to join a server?
No, you don't need to pay to join a server. Our platform is built to be free for everyone to use.
> How can I find a server that suits my playstyle?
Finding the right server can be tricky sometimes. Because of this, we have a filter system that allows you to filter servers based on your playstyle. You can find the filter system on the on the homepage. Or if you want to search for a specific server, you can use the search bar on the homepage.
> What should I do if I experience issues while playing on a server?
If you experience issues while playing on a server, you should contact the server staff. You can find the contact information of the server owner on the server page. If the server did not provide contact information, you could try to reach out to the servers' staff while playing.
> When is the server list updated?
We refresh the status of your server every hour.
> How do I vote for a server?
After you joined a server, you can vote for the server by clicking on the Vote button on the servers' page. Enter your Minecraft username and click Vote. After that, your vote will be registered.
> Can I add my own server to the list?
Yes! We're happy that you want to promote your server on our platform! First you must create an account to access your Dashboard. From there you can add your server by going to the Servers page and clicking on the + icon at the bottom.
> I see my server listed without my permission
We're sorry that someone added your server without your permission. You could add your server and verify it to be the owner of the listing, or if you want your server removed from the platform, please reach out to us and we will try to resolve this issue.
> Is it free to list my server?
Yes! We made sure that listing your server is free. We do offer sponsored slots for server owners to stay on top of the lists. To get a sponsored slot, you can go to your Dashboard and click on Shop. Here you can purchase a sponsored slot.
